About The Position

The Team Member at Where Ya Bin plays a vital role in delivering a fun, safe, and well-organized shopping experience. This is a hands-on, customer-facing position focused on supporting daily store operations, maintaining store standards, and assisting leadership in keeping the store running smoothly.
Team Members work closely with Assistant Retail Managers and the Retail Manager to ensure bins are stocked, the store is clean and safe, and customers receive excellent service.

Each week, we purchase truckloads of overstocked goods from the largest online retailers across America! Each week we receive thousands of different items with an "everything must go" pricing model. Our pricing begins at $10 on Fridays and descends daily until it's only $0.25 on Thursdays! This is so the bins can be emptied entirely and fully restocked with updated merchandise the following week. At Where Ya Bin, we have an ever-changing inventory!

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly, helpful, and professional customer service on the sales floor while assisting customers with questions, directions, and general store needs.
• Support daily store operations by helping with bin flips, stocking, cleaning, and staging, and maintain store cleanliness, safety, and organization throughout each shift.
• Follow all company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines, and communicate any issues, concerns, or customer feedback to store leadership.
• Assist with opening and closing tasks as assigned, support team members and leadership during busy periods, and contribute to creating a positive, respectful, and team-oriented work environment.
