As a member of our design‑focused sales team, you’ll deliver consultative, relationship‑driven service—using design expertise, technology, and tools to create personalized solutions that help customers bring their spaces to life. Our Pasadena showroom experiences varying traffic throughout the week; during busy periods, you’ll confidently support multiple customers while maintaining a high level of service, and during slower times, you’ll stay self‑motivated by following up with clients, advancing design work, and finding new ways to grow the business and your skills. In our non‑commissioned, employee-owned environment, your success is measured by customer satisfaction, collaboration, and overall business impact.

2+ years of experience working in a customer-centric, fashion/design-savvy retail environment with a passion for design and engaging with customers on the showroom floor.
You bring exceptional communication skills, demonstrated confidence, attention to detail, prioritization and organization skills, and a high level of comfort navigating technology and virtual resources. These attributes for success are captured in our Design Associate Profile.
Ability to provide proof of identity and legal work authorization upon hire.
