Requirements

• High school diploma or GED (preferred).
• Previous retail or sales experience.
• Excellent sales skills and ability to deliver exceptional customer service.
• Basic computer skills.
• Ability to perform basic math operations (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division).
• Strong organizational and follow-through skills.
• Accuracy and attention to detail.
• Effective communication skills.
• Self-motivated and able to work effectively with team members.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers in a timely, efficient, and courteous manner delivering superior customer service.
• Consistently seek trends and product knowledge.
• Provide honest and confident feedback to customers regarding products.
• Be aware of current promotional events and sales.
• Maintain strong organizational skills and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Properly execute all relevant register functions.
• Handle online orders with attention to detail and minimal errors.
• Help grow the customer base by adding customers to the VIP program and email list.
• Be comfortable speaking on the phone and handling phone orders.
• Keep the sales floor clean and merchandise organized.
• Stock shelves, counters, or tables with merchandise.
• Set up advertising displays or signage and arrange merchandise to promote sales.
• Stamp, mark, or tag merchandise with correct prices.
