Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Entrepreneurship, or related field.
  • Experience in retail banking leadership, sales coaching, or multi-location support.
  • Strong understanding of branch performance metrics, sales accountability, and client experience.
  • Comfort working with dashboards, reporting tools, and performance tracking systems.
  • Ability to lead through influence, build trust, and support retail teams of varying experience levels.
  • Willingness to travel regularly to banking centers within the Bank's footprint.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.
  • Alignment with First Financial Bank's values of soundness, growth, value, accountability, and community.
  • Ability to remain in a stationary position for up to 75% of an eight (8) hour workday.
  • Ability to review information and details at close range (within a few feet).

Responsibilities

  • Champion our retail brand promise: Ensure retail teams embody First Financial Bank’s mission and values in every client interaction.
  • Reinforce retail standards and compliance: Collaborate with Marketing and Compliance to approve materials and ensure adherence to brand and regulatory expectations.
  • Lead with accountability: Promote a culture of ownership and follow-through, helping branch teams set goals, track performance, and deliver results.
  • Travel to branches: Work hands-on with retail associates and managers to coach behaviors, provide feedback, and strengthen performance in real time.
  • Support and coach branch teams: Offer personalized support to ensure retail teams are equipped to meet service and sales goals with confidence and care.
  • Build and manage dashboards: Develop accountability dashboards focused on retail performance metrics, sales targets, and service standards.
  • Analyze and act on trends: Use data insights to identify high-impact opportunities and recommend actions to improve performance at the branch level.
  • Drive retail sales strategy: Partner with retail sales leadership to align accountability metrics with business goals, growth targets, and client expectations.
  • Train on retail systems and processes: Deliver training and support on dashboards, CRM tools, and service expectations across retail locations.
  • Promote a growth mindset: Work with retail leaders to set stretch goals, identify development opportunities, and celebrate wins across the network.
