About The Position

Government Property Accountability Specialist The Opportunity: Research and negotiate major organizational contracts and procurements. Mentor and supervise team members. Due to the nature of work performed within this facility, U.S. citizenship is required.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience working with Government Property lifecycle requirements
  • Experience in using AssetSmart, PIEE, or MS Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio
  • Experience with lifecycle planning
  • Knowledge of FAR 52.245-1, DFAR, and government property regulations, ensuring compliance and supporting system assessments
  • Ability to utilize analytics and metrics dashboarding
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
  • HS diploma or GED

Nice To Haves

  • 5+ years of experience in Government Property Management
  • Possession of excellent verbal and written communication skills, including collaboration
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Government Property Certifications, such as CPPA or CPPS Certification
