As an Overnight Receiving Colleague (also known as an Overnight Back of House Colleague), you’ll play a key role in keeping our store running smoothly. You’ll work as part of a team to manage the flow of merchandise - making sure products are received, processed, and ready for the sales floor quickly and efficiently. You’ll also help maintain the organization and cleanliness of both the stockroom and the store, ensuring everything is in its place and ready for customers. You'll also play a key part in customer interactions - greeting shoppers warmly, resolving issues, and delivering orders curbside with care. Your attention to detail, teamwork, and commitment to operational excellence will directly impact both customer satisfaction and overall store performance. At the start of each shift, they review priorities, get up to speed on incoming merchandise, and focus on efficiently processing product - so everything is ready and available for the sales floor by morning.
