Job Functions: Assist the Retail Production Manage with the following daily operations: Oversees product flow to outlet and ensures timely rotation of goods. Prepares paperwork and shipments to the retail stores and salvage vendors. Provides leadership, guidance, and training to personnel. Coaches team for successful completion of processing goals and quality standards. Implements and ensures adherence to retail policy and procedures. Captures accurate retail documentation for reporting purposes. Perform material handling, as needed. perform job functions of a Retail Production Worker , on a day-to-day basis. Perform job functions of a Retail Salvage Worker, as needed. Physical Requirements: Mobility: Required to stand; frequently walk, climb, stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl. Dexterity: Requires hand to manipulate, feel, reach, lift and/or carry Lifting: Medium work (frequently lifts and/or carries 25 to 50 lbs. using safety measure in place) Driving: The operation of a motorized passenger vehicle or other vehicles such as forklifts. Work Conditions: Inside generally 100%, however, may include outside work on occasion. Exposure to dust and debris from donated goods. Noisy setting

Requirements

High school diploma or GED required.
Minimum of one (1) year experience in retail operations required.
Powered industrial truck license required.
