Job Overview The Pharmacist will perform professional and clinical duties in the dispensing of medications to patients and clinics . The Pharmacist is responsible for collaborating with the Pharmacist-in-Charge to support the day-to-day operations of a clinic pharmacy, including directing pharmacy technicians and ensuring safe, efficient, and quality service to patients and customers.
Requirements
- Graduate of an ACPE-accredited college of pharmacy with a Doctor of Pharmacy degree and a California pharmacist license required, or be certified by the Foreign Pharmacy Graduate Equivalency Committee (FPGEC) issued by the National Association of Boards of Pharmacy.
- Minimum of 2 years related experience.
- A minimum requirement of a valid BLS certification or higher, following the American Heart Association (AHA) or the American Red Cross guidelines.
Nice To Haves
- High Volume Retail Pharmacy experience preferred.
- Bilingual English/Spanish strongly preferred.
