Your Role in our Mission We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Retail Partnership Manager to drive growth across our partner ecosystem. This role combines relationship management, commercial negotiation, and strategic expansion with strong organizational and executional excellence. The ideal candidate has experience in partnerships or sales, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and enjoys balancing both strategic initiatives and administrative responsibilities.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in partnerships, business development, or sales with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding quotas.
  • Experience negotiating commercial agreements and managing partner or client relationships.
  • Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience).

Nice To Haves

  • Experience selling media placements or managing affiliate partnerships, with a strong understanding of performance-based marketing.
  • Experience in SaaS or loyalty industries, with insight into how partnerships and media activations drive engagement and revenue.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, Airtable, and/or Tableau.

Responsibilities

  • Partner Relationship Management: maintain and grow relationships with existing partners to maximize engagement, satisfaction, and revenue opportunities.
  • Partner Acquisition: Identify, source, and onboard new partners that align with our business objectives and growth strategy.
  • Operational & Administrative Support: Support operational needs which includes but is not limited to building, maintaining, and testing offer pages. Complete administrative and busy work with accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Commercial Negotiations: Negotiate partner agreements, commissions, and commercial terms to ensure mutually beneficial outcomes.
  • Performance Tracking: Monitor partner campaigns, track results against targets, and deliver clear campaign insights and results to partners.
