Position Summary: The Operations Supervisor will focus on back of house store operations, including but not limited to: vault & shrink control, inventory balancing between medical and adult use licenses (in Metrc and Point-of-sale), product receiving, transferring, and preparation. Lead and participate in all Inventory counts and reconciliation. Maintain ECOM pre-order/weborders, etc. The Operations Supervisor reports to the GM and AGM(s) to drive successful order fulfillment, inventory controls, and back of house efficiencies.

Requirements

  • Must meet minimum age requirements by state as determined by the Department of Health.
  • A minimum of 1-2yrs of cannabis dispensary experience.
  • High School Diploma/GED Required
  • Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Excel
  • Excellent math & accounting skills
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills
  • Ability to work both independently and in a team environment
  • Ability to pass a full background check
  • Work/manage coverage of weekends and holidays as necessary
  • Must be flexible regarding work schedule, including evenings/weekends/holidays/overnights etc.
  • Must be and remain compliant with any and all company and DOH regulations.
  • Able to push, pull, lift, or move a minimum of 50 lbs.
  • Capable of sitting, standing, kneeling, bending, squatting and or walking for extended periods of time.
  • Ability to handle cash or card transactions with patients using an electronic processing system

Responsibilities

  • Receive product against packing slip/manifest and PO and enter receiving and inventory information into the appropriate software system or systems.
  • Process shipments by printing labels, affixing labels, and properly storing product in "the vault."
  • Vault picking, packing, unpacking, and canceling of ECOM Web orders, quick pick up in store, andcurbside pick up (Where applicable).
  • Work with the AGM and GM to meet all regulatory, compliance, safety requirements.
  • Correct allviolations with a sense of urgency.
  • Understanding and ability to accurately maintain seed-to-sale tracking, POS System, Metrc and ECOMplatform(s).
  • Participate and lead all scheduled dispensary inventory counts.
  • Identify, report, and reconcile any inventory discrepancies with assistance from AGM and GM.
  • Accurately record, track, and maintain all inventory related data through internal management softwareand systems.
  • Maintain/participate in providing detailed and accurate record keeping.
  • Develop and distribute inventory reporting on a regular basis.
  • Work with AGM and GM to brainstorm ways to reduce inventory discrepancies and “shrink”.
  • Responsible for participating in accurate and efficient flow of products from storage to the point of sale,and vice versa.
  • Update other staff members on inventory processes and procedures.
  • Ability to troubleshoot and communicate IT related issues to the appropriate parties/channels.
  • Ensure the Front of House is adequately stocked and being replenished in a timely fashion to support thebusiness.
  • Ability to cover sales floor when needed and successfully engage customers when applicable.
