About The Position

Responsible for Development of Enterprise Strategy, initiatives and goals for
Variable Expense Management, Sanitation and Sustainability of ecological
resources. Responsible for negotiation and management of Corporate
Expense/Revenue Contracts. Partner with Corporate, Division consumer Affairs and
Mechandising Departments to further the company's stewardship of ecological
resources and the effect on glidepath goals. Responsible for defining and
implementing best practices and initiatives for Variable Expense Management,
Store Sanitation and Corporate Sustainability. Responsible for evaluating and
identifying New Variable Expense and Sustainability opportunities and to
identify Expense Contract Consolidation opportunities. Responsible for coaching
and Development of direct reports to achieve and execute all goals and company
strategies and Maintain a supply of qualified, promotable individuals. Role
model and demonstrate the company's core values of respect, honesty, Integrity,
diversity, inclusion and Safety of others.
