About The Position

This individual will perform a wide variety of skilled clerical and administrative duties and will assist department employees with day-to-day activities. Conduct relationships and activities consistent with established Bank policies, procedures and systems, the corporate code of conduct, Bank Secrecy Act and all applicable State and Federal laws and regulations.

Requirements

  • High school education or equivalent.
  • Possess good judgment skills. Ability to make decisions within prescribed guidelines, research and solve problems, handle confidential information, and manage multiple tasks.
  • Ability to read, write, and speak English.
  • Excellent verbal, listening and communication skills. Strong customer relations skills and ability to work with employees and customers in a cooperative manner. Ability and desire to work as part of a team, and with people of diverse backgrounds.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Must be able to work independently, have a great degree of initiative. Willingness to assume additional responsibilities/duties/projects as they arise.
  • Ability to operate office equipment including PC’s, calculators, telephones, voice mail, copy and fax machines. Must be proficient with Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • The ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with the Retail Operations Department including but not limited to, branch audits and follow-up, safe deposit document imaging, filling gift card orders and other negotiables, and creating training manuals/documents for classes.
  • Assist the Deposit Operations Department including but not limited to daily report reviewing, purchasing and filling orders, and fraud and account research.
  • Assist Facilities Department including but not limited to, calling vendors to schedule work, invoice reviewing, on-site vendor meets, and new branch setup.
  • Assist System Administration/Security and Lockbox Department including but not limited to, equipment purchases, logging and tracking, system access review and setup, and other lockbox clerical duties.
  • Assist others in the department/facility as needed and/or directed.
  • May be assigned other duties and responsibilities. May be assigned work or training at other assigned locations.
