Requirements
- Collaborates with others on the analytics team to develop an understanding of the data, the business, and technical approaches. Understand data sets essential to developing models, visualizations, reports, and insights.
- Views problems as opportunities and can adapt quickly to new or changing business circumstances.
- Proactively seeks new information, skills, and experiences, capitalizing on learning opportunities.
- Works effectively with others to coordinate efforts and produce results in a positive work environment.
- Motivated to leverage key learnings and experiences to grow your own career while contributing to the growth of Trane Technologies.
- Demonstrated ability to leverage analytical tools to extract and analyze large data sets to provide actionable insights to the business.
- Coursework or experience utilizing some or all of the following: Python, R, SQL, Dataiku, Tableau, or other visualization software, cloud based tools like BigQuery.
- Pursuing a BS/BA in Analytics related field such as Computer Science, Management of Information Systems, Statistics, Mathematics, Analytics, Data Science, or similar with a cumulative overall GPA at or above 3.0 and an interest in a career in Analytics or Data Science.
- Minimum Work Experience: At least one internship or work experience
- Demonstrated leadership skills such as: campus organizations, sports team captain, resident advisor, etc. or exceptional leadership of work projects
- U.S. citizen or have the legal right to work in the U.S. without requiring sponsorship now or in the future
