About The Position

Ready to balance demand, supply and speed to keep LEGO channels stocked with the products our customers love? The Retail Omni Channel Allocator is responsible for the day-to-day planning and execution of inventory allocation and replenishment for distribution centers and the eCommerce channel. As part of the Allocation and Replenishment team, this role will have direct impact on product placement across LEGO channels—helping ensure children and families can find the products that inspire creativity and play. Requirements

• Strong experience in allocation, replenishment, or inventory planning.
• Hands-on experience with planning systems (o9, SAP, or similar).
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Some early mornings, nights, holidays and weekends will be required.
• Confident communicator with supply chain stakeholders

Responsibilities

• Coordinate inventory planning and order execution for outbound licensing products, ensuring inventory flows align with regional demand forecasts while minimizing overstock risk, in collaboration with Global Inventory, Demand Planning, and Assortment Management teams
• Executing .com Assortment SKU status analysis and strategy, daily/hourly as backup.
• Execute daily OBL replenishment, netting, and allocation runs in the o9 system for eCommerce and DCs.
• Monitor inventory positions, backlog, and exception alerts.
• Resolve operational exceptions within defined thresholds and escalate where required.
• Ensure approved plans are accurately executed and interfaced to downstream systems.
• Monitor DC inventory health, including availability, excess, and aged stock.
• Collaborate closely with warehouse operations, logistics, and supply chain teams.
