The Retail Office Manager II at WSFS Bank is responsible for achieving branch growth and service goals, while also leading and coaching a team of 5-12 sales and service professionals to meet or exceed all set Bank growth and service targets. This role involves observing branch activities and behaviors to ensure alignment with the Bank's strategy. The incumbent will provide day-to-day management and coaching, including staffing decisions, performance appraisals, training, promotions, salary recommendations, and consistent feedback. The Retail Office Manager will also maintain administrative control over office functions, such as branch budgeting, profitability management, and critical operational duties to ensure branch compliance. This position oversees activities to promote branch growth and attract new business, recognizing opportunities for cross-selling and developing Associates to maximize selling and service skills. The manager is empowered to make sound business decisions that are mutually beneficial for both the customer and the bank. The incumbent must be flexible with scheduling, working a 40-hour week including 2-3 Saturdays a month, with the schedule subject to change based on business needs.
