At WSFS Bank, the Retail Office Manager II is responsible for achieving branch growth and service goals, and for leading and coaching a team of 5-12 sales and service professionals to meet or exceed Bank targets. This role involves observing branch activities to ensure alignment with Bank strategy, providing day-to-day management and coaching, including staffing decisions, performance appraisals, training, promotions, salary recommendations, and consistent feedback. The incumbent also handles administrative control over office functions such as branch budgeting, profitability management, and critical operational duties to ensure compliance. The manager oversees activities to promote branch growth and attract new business, recognizing cross-selling opportunities and developing Associates' selling and service skills. They are empowered to make sound business decisions beneficial to both customers and the bank. The position requires flexibility with scheduling, typically a 40-hour work week including 2-3 Saturdays a month, with the understanding that the schedule can change based on business needs.
