Your Opportunity, Your Team The Retail Media Network Lead supports QVC and will be responsible for setting the strategy for retail media campaigns from concept to deployment based on performance analysis, target KPIs and growth plans. This role is accountable for driving incremental advertising sales and directly manages brand relationships for QVC Media Network's new and existing key accounts. This role will report to the Sr Manager of Retail Media Network. Where You'll Work This role is hybrid and will require you to be onsite at West Chester, PA several days per month (onsite days are predetermined and standard across the company). Job seekers must reside in one of the following states to be considered: PA, NJ, or DE. Relocation assistance is not available for this role.

Requirements

  • BA in marketing, communications, or related field; or equivalent experience required
  • Experience: 5-7 years professional experience, within digital marketing, retail media and/or eCommerce
  • Strong understanding of on and offsite digital media channels

Responsibilities

  • Setting the strategy for retail media campaigns from concept to deployment based on performance analysis, target KPIs and growth plans.
  • Managing existing accounts and creating strategy to onboard new advertisers into the program to achieve revenue targets.
  • Developing recommended campaign timing and advertising opportunities based on merchandising priorities, knowledge of digital channel performance and campaign goals.
  • Managing the proposal process by creating and delivering engaging sales materials to communicate QVC's Media Network offerings and value to advertisers.
  • Building strong partnerships with internal key stakeholders across digital and merchandising organizations as well as the vendor community.
