Housing provided. We are seeking an experienced and motivated Retail Store Manager to oversee daily store operations, drive sales performance, and deliver an exceptional customer experience. The ideal candidate is a strong leader with a passion for retail, team development, and operational excellence.

Requirements

  • Previous cash handling experience.
  • 2-3 years of prior retail/hotel experience.
  • Sufficient grade math skills required.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with the public and other employees.
  • Read, write and speak English fluently.

Nice To Haves

  • Proficient computer skills, with knowledge of Micros and Excel preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and supervise store operations, including opening and closing procedures
  • Lead, train, and motivate a team of retail team members to achieve sales targets
  • Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to increase revenue
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service
  • Maintain store appearance, merchandising standards, and inventory accuracy
  • Handle customer concerns and resolve issues professionally
  • Oversee scheduling, payroll, and staff performance evaluations
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
