Requirements

• Ability to work well individually and as a team
• Legible handwriting
• Must be able to use initiative and independent judgment within established guidelines
• Must be able to multitask, prioritize tasks, and be flexible (able to go with the flow - where you are needed the most)
• Friendly and professional demeanor
• Strong collaborator when working with a team, but also a self-starter when working alone
• Must be at least 21 years of age, per LCB regulations
• Familiar with Microsoft Office Suite
• Repeatedly load and unload boxes that weigh up to 60lbs
• Constant use of eyes (correctable vision to normal level required) to observe, read, interact with public and co-workers, view security monitors; includes hand/eye coordination
• Frequent standing, walking, and sitting
• Must be able to use a computer/smart phone/tablet and see color
• Might need to travel to all 5 Uncle Ike's locations if needed
• Constant use of both hands and arms while using phone, notepad, writing reports, etc.

Responsibilities

• Restocks sales floor and auxiliary sales storage areas
• Maintains inventory organization as instructed by supervisors
• Prepares new items for sales floor as instructed
• Intakes new product and manages backstock while ensuring "first in first out" is followed
• Transcribes THC percentages into sales database
• Splits lots for damaged, mislabeled, and defective products
• Prepares, organizes, manifests, and completes transfers/returns as instructed
• Identifies and rectifies errors to maintain accurate inventory
• Conducts audits
• Ability to work in various stores
• Works collaboratively with inventory stakeholders
• Provides end or day summaries while ensuring priorities are met
• Maintains clean workspace
• Ad hoc assignments given by various leaders within the company
• Must comply with all WA State recreational cannabis regulations.
• Maintains positive communications and relationships with team members.
• Fosters positive communications and relationships with vendors.
• Keeps up to date on industry trends and developments.
• Adheres to company policies and procedures.
