The Inventory Coordinator role provides administrative support to the warehouse team along with counting and reconciling materials (daily and on period close), monitoring and reporting on close dated materials, tracking and managing off-spec, bad materials and holds. This role also contributes to conference calls and meetings and other duties as required by supervisor or manager. This position will report directly to the Warehouse Manager.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma required
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs with advanced skills in Excel
  • Good mathematical Skills
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
  • Detail Oriented, Team Oriented, with a positive work ethic and attitude
  • Demonstrated the ability to work independently and deliver against time constraints
  • Demonstrated the ability to troubleshoot/ problem-solve issues and drive solutions
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor Degree preferred
  • Inventory Control Experience Preferred
  • SAP Experience Preferred
  • Pallet jack and/or forklift certified preferred

Responsibilities

  • Maintain accurate records of materials being ordered and in stock using the computerized inventory management systems
  • Managing the inventory management processes and conducting inventory counts as needed
  • Reconcile full goods inventory for the warehouse
  • Analyze daily, weekly, and period end inventory counts and generate period end reports
  • Troubleshoot inventory variances as required
  • Enter bills of lading, purchases and transfers
  • Weekly balancing of product transfers in/out of other facilities
  • Lead period close process consistent with GCS control standards
  • Monitor day supply and replenish product to meet daily inventory activity needs

Benefits

  • The expected compensation range for this position is between $49,500 - $79,000.
  • Location, confirmed job-related skills, experience, and education will be considered in setting actual starting salary. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range during the hiring process.
  • Paid time off in accordance with policy is subject to eligibility and includes vacation, holiday, sick, bereavement and parental leave.
  • Vacation: for eligible full-time employees, a minimum of 15 paid vacation days.
  • Holidays: for eligible full-time employees, the company provides 10 paid holidays annually.
  • Sick Leave: for eligible full- time employees, 10 days (80 hours) of paid sick leave benefits are available for absences related to non-job-related injury. Sick leave benefit will be accrued during your first year at 1 day for each month worked in that calendar year.
  • Bereavement Leave: In the event of a death of an immediate family member, full-time and part-time regular employees are eligible to receive up to three (3) consecutive working days with pay.
  • Parental Leave: for eligible employees, the company offers paid parental leave for up to 6 weeks to allow for a time of bonding with their newborn or newly adopted child.
