In partnership with operations, Regional Talent Managers, Business Partners, and Leadership, the hourly recruiter will be accountable for delivering quality candidates in a timely and cost-effective manner. The Recruiter is responsible for ensuring a positive and professional Candidate experience at all levels of the recruitment process. Requirements

Minimum of 1 year of recruitment experience
Experience in social networking with an established LinkedIn network in-place. Knowledgeable about the use of Social Media marketing (X (formerly Twitter), Facebook, etc.) as they apply to recruiting
Prior hands-on knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), preferably ICIMS
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Experience with various sourcing techniques and recruitment of passive candidates
Knowledge of federal employment and labor laws related to recruiting
Ability to interact with all levels of company employees in a confidential and discreet manner
Computer literate in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) and other recruitment applications/software

Responsibilities

Successfully recruiting, hiring and onboarding new Inventory & Reset associates in designated geographies.
Delivering quality candidates in a timely and cost-effective manner.
Ensuring a positive and professional Candidate experience at all levels of the recruitment process.
