About The Position

A organization is seeking a Retail Graphic Designer (In-Store & Print) to create and execute high-quality design solutions across in-store and print channels. This role plays a key part in delivering a cohesive, elevated brand experience at scale and supports the ongoing growth and evolution of the brand. The ideal candidate has strong retail design experience, a refined visual eye, and the ability to translate complex information into clean, compelling, and well-organized designs. This role requires a balance of conceptual thinking and executional excellence, along with strong collaboration skills in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
  • 2–5 years of professional graphic design experience
  • Strong portfolio showcasing typography, brand design, and photo art direction
  • Excellent attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills
  • Intermediate proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator)
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to think strategically, creatively, and critically
  • Self-motivated, organized, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment

Nice To Haves

  • Retail or consumer-focused design experience strongly preferred
  • In-store and print design experience highly desirable

Responsibilities

  • Apply brand identity consistently across all in-store and print design assets
  • Design large-scale retail visuals including signage, displays, and in-store graphics
  • Work within established brand standards and design systems to ensure omni-channel consistency
  • Demonstrate strong typography, layout, visual hierarchy, and overall design judgment
  • Collaborate with designers, production designers, writers, photographers, stylists, and cross-functional partners
  • Provide clear creative direction and production specifications for each deliverable
  • Prepare accurate, press-ready files while meeting tight deadlines
  • Manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously without compromising quality
  • Communicate effectively with both creative and business stakeholders
  • Adapt quickly to changing business needs while supporting overall brand objectives
