The Retail Golf Club Tech performs golf club repairs, including but not limited to, re-gripping, re-shafting, loft and lie adjustments. This role also involves performing club fitting and club performance modifications through use of club fitting equipment. The tech provides product and service recommendations according to customer’s needs, manages workflow for all customer services, promotes Company programs, manages golf service supply inventory, completes and organizes customer work orders, and provides a high level of customer service within the golf area. They are also responsible for upholding Company standards for merchandise presentation, maintaining recovery and cleanliness standards, adhering to established policies and procedures related to safety, loss prevention and standard operating procedures, maintaining confidentiality of all Company information, and supporting the team across the store.
