About The Position
For Licking/Knox Goodwill Location: 245 Deo Dr. Newark Ohio 43055 Pay-12.00 Per Hr. Hours: Approximately 15 per week very flexible Schedule: Monday-Friday (2 or 3 shifts per week during store hours) A successful applicant will…. Have the ability to assemble furniture and related merchandise according to manufacturer specifications and company standards Work independently or part of a team Assist customers with product information when necessary Assure assembled items are clean, safe, and sales floor ready Display and organize product on the sales floor Prepare and maintain reports as needed Keep a clean and organized work area as well as assist with some general cleaning
Requirements
- Pass a pre-employment drug test which includes THC
- Pass a background check
- Comfortable using hand and power tools
- Strong attention to detail and quality
- Have the physical ability to stand, walk, climb, bend, twist, stoop, squat, and reach as required to complete the job. Be able to lift/carry up to 50 to 75 pounds and move large items safely

- Previous furniture assembly experience preferred
