About The Position

As a Fragrance Sales Associate, you are responsible for creating a warm, welcoming environment through genuine hospitality and exceptional customer service. You will engage customers with personalized fragrance recommendations that reflect their style, mood, and preferences, making them feel confident, valued, and inspired. This role requires you to be both a beauty enthusiast and a product expert, demonstrating and selling a wide range of fragrances and related beauty products, while educating customers on notes, layering techniques, and usage. You will contribute to a seamless shopping experience by fostering meaningful connections, anticipating needs, and delivering service with care.

Requirements

Flexible availability, including days, evenings, weekends and holidays with regular, dependable attendance and punctuality.
Must be able to understand and communicate effectively with customers, co-workers, and supervisors.
Must be able to read and understand employment policies and safety rules/procedures in English.
At least 1 year of customer service or selling experience required.

Review sales goals, learn about new arrivals and top-selling items, and stay up to date on current trends and promotions.
Help ensure the sales floor is clean, organized, and prepared for customers.
Offer a warm welcome, make eye contact, and create friendly, personal conversations to build customer relationships.
Maintain a shoppable space by merchandising new receipts, processing damages, testers, and select merchandise to return to vendors, updating signs and pricing, and supporting any needed merchandise moves.
Share Loyalty program benefits, ensure customers have all they need, and end with a sincere thank-you.
Support teammates with honesty, care, and collaboration.
