About The Position
Under the direction of the Retail Food Services Manager, the Retail Food Services Supervisor is responsible for providing supervision of the Retail Food Services venue at Naskila at Leggett location. This position will actively supervise, coach, counsel, direct, train, and mentor Team Members in meeting company quality standards, ensuring ultimate guest services is obtained while keeping with Naskila Casino guest service standards.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Minimum of three (3) - five (5) years’ previous experience in supervisory/management role in a restaurant environment or other relevant restaurant experience.
- Flexibility to work any assigned shift, including weekends and holidays.
Nice To Haves
- Three (3) or more years' experience in a gaming environment.
- Experience in training and mentorship programs.
