Zest at the Mayo Clinic is the Medure Brothers quick service, coffee shop, and grab n' go concept which operates side by side with their upscale-casual restaurant and bar, M Brothers at Mayo , at the medical center’s Southside campus. The restaurants are open both to hospital visitors and the general public. Medure Brothers is seeking an experienced Retail Food Production Manager to lead and inspire the culinary team members in the day-to-day operations of Zest Grab & Go. The person in this position must be able to build and motivate a team, to communicate effectively with vendors, staff, peers & customers; have the ability to perform cost analysis, and effectively manage food production schedules. This is a very hands-on position that is heavily involved in daily food production; the ideal candidate has strong culinary knowledge & experience, great knife skills, is quick, efficient, productive, motivated, driven, disciplined, organized and a clean operator.
