YOUR ROLE As Field Trainer, you play a critical role in elevating the capability, confidence, and performance of our Beauty Hosts, Assistant Boutique Managers, and Boutique Managers, Sephora Account Executives and stores. You will deliver impactful training that strengthens product knowledge, service excellence, and selling behaviors to drive overall business performance. You will report to the Regional Retail Director and partner closely with Field Leadership, Education, and Retail Operations to ensure seamless execution of training programs, in ‑ store coaching, and support for events, product launches, and promotional initiatives. This role requires a dynamic facilitator, a strong coach, and a passionate brand ambassador who can inspire teams and enhance the L ’ OCCITANE client experience.
