Maintain traffic control, safety, supervisor, and instructor credentials Conduct new hire and recurrent training for employees Conduct multiple job site visits per day/week utilizing an inspection checklist to ensure that traffic control employees are working safely and provide these employees with necessary breaks, work zones are installed correctly, and cultivate positive relationships with customers Ensure company safety and compliance requirements are being met as it relates to the facility Protect the company’s employees, customers and assets against losses, injuries and accidents through enforcement of safe work practices Prevent accidents and other safety exposures by investigating, identifying causes and developing preventative measures and practices Track the employees training progress, and time for training accomplishments Coach and engage employees in traffic control standards and company policies to ensure safe and compliant work zones Provide meaningful input to both employees and management as it relates to an employee’s job performance, safety, compliance, and training based on first-hand observations Facilitate team meetings Attend and actively participate in customer safety, preconstruction and project meetings Develop and maintain relationships with existing customers while on the job site conducting inspections and build new relationships to achieve goals Ensure customer service issues are addressed promptly and efficiently while providing the highest level of customer service Other duties as assigned
