Requirements

Ability to lift incoming donations (up to 50 lbs.)
Ability to work outside in extreme conditions
Ability to perform physical exertion such as long periods of standing, recurring bending, crouching, reaching, stooping or similar activities
Ability to frequently lift moderately heavy items up to 35 lbs
Ability to occasionally lift up to 50 lbs
Ability to frequently climb stairs, ladders or step stools (for certain positions)
