This position combines front-line hospitality with a strong sales focus, using product knowledge, merchandising strategy, and guest engagement to maximize retail performance and enhance the visitor experience. The coordinator actively identifies sales opportunities, supports curated collections aligned with Charlotte’s signature events and conventions, and ensures operational excellence in inventory management, reporting, and event-based retail activations.
