As a Fine Jewelry Sales Colleague, you are tasked with providing outstanding customer service within the Fine Jewelry and Watch Complex, aiming to create welcoming, comfortable, and valued shopping experiences for every customer. This role requires you to bring elegance, expertise, and personalized service, helping customers discover the perfect piece for their special moments. You are expected to possess a deep understanding of precious metals, gemstones, and luxury brands, continuously demonstrating superior product knowledge to guide customers in selecting items that align with their tastes, preferences, and budgets. A key focus is on building lasting client relationships through consultative selling, genuine hospitality, and active use of the clientele program. Beyond sales goals, responsibilities include promoting loyalty and warranty programs, supporting inventory and fulfillment, and assisting with special events. You will also ensure the security, accuracy, and impeccable presentation of merchandise, collaborating with your team to achieve sales targets and maintain operational excellence. Daily activities involve preparing the sales floor, reviewing sales goals, learning about new arrivals and promotions, engaging with customers, maintaining a shoppable space, and ensuring customer satisfaction through the entire shopping journey, including sharing loyalty benefits and offering a sincere thank-you. The role emphasizes teamwork, honesty, care, collaboration, and a commitment to continuous improvement to achieve individual and store results.

Requirements

  • Flexible availability, including days, evenings, weekends and holidays with regular, dependable attendance and punctuality.
  • Ability to understand and communicate effectively with customers, co-workers, and supervisors.
  • Ability to read and understand employment policies and safety rules/procedures in English.
  • Proficiency in providing product recommendations, assisting with fittings and digital shopping tools, and creating a welcoming, knowledgeable, and supportive shopping experience.
  • Proven ability to drive sales and operational excellence by leveraging product knowledge, participating in vendor training and events, using point-of-sale tools effectively, and ensuring accurate stock presentation, replenishment, and asset protection compliance.
  • Demonstrated ability to drive sales and client loyalty by maintaining anN organized and shoppable space, leveraging clienteling tools to promote offers and product launches, participating in sales events, and staying up to date through ongoing training and vendor education.
  • Capability to achieve Client and Protection plan goals in addition to sales goals.
  • Experience in acquiring new customers by opening credit accounts and sharing loyalty benefits.
  • Track record of meeting and surpassing daily sales goals by delivering exceptional service.
  • Proficiency in using point-of-sale technology and digital tools to streamline transactions and enhance the shopping experience.
  • 1-2 years of related experience required.

  • Meet and surpass daily sales goals, including Client and Protection plan goals.
  • Promote loyalty and warranty programs, and acquire new customers by opening credit accounts.
  • Support inventory and fulfillment activities, ensuring the security, accuracy, and impeccable presentation of merchandise.
  • Ensure the sales floor is clean, organized, and prepared for customers.
  • Review sales goals, learn about new arrivals and top-selling items, and stay up to date on current trends and promotions.
  • Engage, educate, and sell with confidence, focusing on customer relationships.
  • Maintain a shoppable space by ensuring proper processing, presentation, organization, storing and replenishment of stock, updating signs and pricing, and supporting merchandise moves.
  • Support and participate in special events and sales events.
  • Understand and communicate effectively with customers, co-workers, and supervisors.
  • Effectively use point-of-sale technology and digital tools to streamline transactions and enhance the shopping experience.
  • Support teammates with honesty, care, and collaboration to better serve customers and communities.
