About The Position

As a Fine Jewelry Sales Colleague, you provide outstanding customer service in our Fine Jewelry and Watch Complex, creating shopping experiences that make every customer feel welcomed, comfortable, and valued. You bring elegance, expertise, and personalized service to every interaction, helping customers find the perfect piece to celebrate life’s special moments. With a passion for fine craftsmanship and a deep understanding of precious metals, gemstones, and luxury brands, you continually demonstrate superior product knowledge to educate and assist customers in selecting items that suit their tastes, preferences, and budgets. You focus on building lasting client relationships through consultative selling, genuine hospitality, and active use of our clientele program. In addition to meeting sales goals, other key responsibilities include promoting loyalty and warranty programs, supporting inventory and fulfillment activities, and supporting special events. You will also ensure the security, accuracy, and impeccable presentation of merchandise. You’ll work closely with your team to achieve sales goals, support special events, and uphold operational excellence in all aspects of the Fine Jewelry department. Colleagues begin each day energized and ready to make an impact, ensuring the sales floor is clean, organized, and prepared for customers. They review sales goals, new arrivals, and current trends to engage, educate, and sell with confidence, focusing on creating personal customer relationships. Throughout the day, they maintain a shoppable space by managing stock, updating signs, and supporting merchandise moves. They conclude interactions by sharing Loyalty program benefits, ensuring customer needs are met, and offering a sincere thank-you. The role emphasizes teamwork, continuous improvement, and achieving individual and store results.

Requirements

  • Flexible availability, including days, evenings, weekends and holidays with regular, dependable attendance and punctuality.
  • Ability to understand and communicate effectively with customers, co-workers, and supervisors.
  • Ability to read and understand employment policies and safety rules/procedures in English.
  • 1-2 years of related experience required.
  • Ability to talk, lift, constantly move, stand, and reach with arms and hands.
  • Ability to stand for at least two consecutive hours.
  • Ability to lift at least 25lbs.
  • Ability to stoop, kneel, crouch, and climb ladders.
  • Ability to reach, including above eye level.
  • Requires close vision, color vision, depth perception, and focus adjustment.
  • Frequent use of computers and other technology, including handheld equipment and cash register, and ability to process register transactions.

  • Achieve and surpass daily sales, client, and protection plan goals.
  • Promote loyalty and warranty programs, including acquiring new credit accounts.
  • Manage inventory and merchandise, ensuring security, accuracy, impeccable presentation, proper processing, organization, replenishment, and asset protection compliance; update signs and pricing, and support merchandise moves.
  • Support special events and collaborate with the team to achieve sales goals and operational excellence.
  • Ensure the sales floor is clean, organized, and prepared for customers.
  • Review sales goals, learn about new arrivals, top-selling items, current trends, and promotions.
  • Engage, educate, and sell with confidence.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and provide a sincere thank-you.
  • Support teammates with honesty, care, and collaboration.

  • Provide product recommendations, assisting with fittings and digital shopping tools.
