About The Position

We're building a team that's committed to going the extra mile for every customer. We are currently seeking outgoing, friendly, and helpful team members to join us as Cashiers. If you have previous hardware or retail experience, that's a plus-but it's not required. We provide extensive training from day one and offer real opportunities to learn and grow.

Requirements

• Cashier or customer service experience is helpful, but not required
• Ability to stand, walk, and lift during your shift
• Must be able to work in person

Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly when they enter the store
• Provide fast, friendly, and accurate checkout service
• Assist customers with finding products and answering questions
• Keep the front end neat, clean, and well-stocked
• Follow all register transaction procedures
• Balance your drawer and follow cash handling policies
• Answer phones and assist with general store tasks
• Participate in store and cashier meetings
• Help decorate and organize the front end with promotional signage and seasonal displays
• Assist with returns, bagging, stocking, and cart pickups
• Lift up to 25 lbs and stand or walk throughout your shift
