Requirements

Six months' sales and guest service experience.
Ability to pass basic math test.
Must have working knowledge of cash register and computer operations.
Ability to read, write, and speak English clearly.

Responsibilities

Perform open and close gift shop procedures, operate POS system, and process merchandise sales, ticketing, credit, debit, and cash transactions. Ensure daily cash reports are accurate and complete.
Provide visitor reception, including information in the form of SMSC outreach brochures, and/or other media.
Assist with creating visual merchandising displays incorporating seasonal themes.
Monitor the retail area’s physical condition and appearance and ensure security of inventory.
Other duties as assigned.
