About The Position

The ideal Nordstrom Rack team member enjoys working in a fast-paced, high-energy environment. A day in the life includes keeping the customer experience quick, easy, and fun while helping customers uncover the great deals they're looking for. You will create a smooth fitting room experience by greeting customers and taking them to their fitting rooms, then sorting and returning clothing to the floor. Sharing your love of fashion and informing customers about upcoming events, Nordstrom gift cards, the Nordstrom Rewards™ program, and the mailing list is also part of the role. Additionally, you will keep the stockrooms organized and complete all inventory processes, ensuring merchandise is properly checked in and accurately ticketed. Working with the team to ensure the sales floor stays 'runway ready' through re-merchandising and straightening throughout the day is essential.
