This position involves delivering friendly customer service, assisting customers with their shopping needs, and ensuring a fast and friendly checkout experience. Responsibilities also include completing truck unloading and merchandise duties, maintaining store recovery standards, and supporting the company's Brand Promises. The role requires engaging with customers on loyalty programs, educating them on surveys, and assisting with omnichannel processes like Buy Online Pickup in Store (BOPIS) and Ship From Store (SFS). Team members will also participate in stocking, planogram processes, merchandise recovery, and support shrink and safety programs while adhering to company policies and standards. Cross-training in Custom Framing selling and production is also part of the role.
