Requirements

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Experience in retail sales preferred.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English, both orally and in writing.
• Ability to perform basic arithmetic operations (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division).
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and provide prompt, courteous service.
• Run the register and handle various payment types accurately.
• Make purchase suggestions and assist with the food program.
• Maintain high standards for store appearance both inside and out.
• Interact with customers daily and work collaboratively with team members to accomplish daily tasks.
• Perform multi-function operations of fuel console, lottery machine, and other equipment.
• Inspect store facilities and equipment for safety and cleanliness.
• Assist in maintaining proper inventory levels and conduct shift audits.
• Complete vendor deliveries and verify received merchandise.
• Attend job-related meetings and perform other duties as assigned by the Store Manager.
