About The Position

We’re looking for enthusiastic, flexible, and service-driven individuals to join our team as Retail Cashier Floaters. This dynamic, mobile role supports multiple store locations within a designated region, providing critical coverage for staff absences, vacations, or open roles.

Requirements

• Reliable flexibility – willing to travel and cover various shifts
• Retail or cashier experience preferred
• Strong customer service skills and positive attitude
• Willingness to learn and grow within the company
• Able to work independently while being part of a team
• Comfortable with fast-paced environments and multitasking
• Committed to doing the right thing and leading by example
• Must be 21+ for this role.

Responsibilities

• Greet every customer with a smile and a friendly attitude
• Provide fast, accurate checkout and share promotions or discounts
• Stock and rotate products on shelves and in coolers
• Maintain cleanliness inside and outside the store
• Ensure compliance with company policies and safety procedures
• Follow all laws regarding the sale of restricted items (alcohol, tobacco)
• In Oregon (and where needed), assist with fueling and windshield cleaning
• Book Floaters: Reconcile paperwork and complete daily deposits
• Take on additional responsibilities as needed
