About The Position
Peltz Shoes is seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Retail Cashier Associate, primarily responsible for cashier duties. The ideal candidate will excel in providing exceptional customer service, particularly during the checkout process. This role involves handling transactions efficiently, assisting with customer inquiries, and ensuring a smooth and pleasant shopping experience for every customer. In addition to checkout responsibilities, the Retail Cashier Associate will support store organization, collaborate with the team to meet sales goals, and assist with opening and closing procedures, store security, and daily operations. The position also focuses on actively encouraging and maintaining customer accounts for Peltz Perks, our rewards system for loyal customers. This role is perfect for individuals passionate about sales and customer service, with a desire to contribute to the growth and success of Peltz Perks and the store’s overall objectives.
