We are seeking a customer-focused Full-Time Seasonal Retail Associate/Cashier. Position Summary: The Retail Cashier Associate/Sales assists customers with product selection, completes sales transactions, and maintains a clean and organized retail environment. This position requires a friendly, professional demeanor, strong attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate enjoys working with people, is comfortable operating a cash register, and is committed to creating a positive and memorable experience for every customer.

Requirements

  • Must be available to work weekends and some holidays
  • Full-time availability required (approximately 40 hours/week)
  • Previous Retail, Hospitality, or Customer Service experience preferred, but not required
  • Friendly, professional attitude with strong communication skills
  • Basic math and computer skills
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and perform light lifting, up to 20 lbs.

Responsibilities

  • Engage & get to know customers
  • Assist clients with product selection, pricing, and general questions
  • Operate the cash register and handle transactions accurately
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the checkout area and sales floor
  • Restock merchandise
  • Stay informed about current promotions, product details, and store policies
  • Work collaboratively with team members to ensure a smooth retail experience
