About The Position

As the Retail Brand Manager at Healthy Living, you will be responsible for partnering with an agency and external contributors on developing, coordinating, and executing retail marketing strategies to build and maintain our brand, increase sales, and improve guest loyalty. You will lead market research and identify trends and opportunities to differentiate our brand. You will also coordinate with cross-functional teams and the agency to ensure consistency across all guest touchpoints and oversee the development of promotional campaigns.

Requirements

  • Project Management, Retail Marketing, Brand Management, and Sales skills
  • Experience in the retail industry preferred
  • Market Research, coordination, trend analysis, and analytics skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, especially across multiple platforms and stakeholders regarding multiple concurrent initiatives
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with cross-functional teams
  • Strong Project management and budgeting skills
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with natural food and/or wellness industry is a plus
