The Retail Brand Coordinator reports directly into the Sr. Director of Brand Marketing and supports the Brand Marketing and Retail Activation functions within the wet n wild® marketing team. This role focuses on coordinating marketing programs and brand initiatives that strengthen retail presence, support product launches, and help drive commercial performance across retail partners. The Retail Brand Coordinator will assist with the execution and organization of cross-functional marketing activities, including program approvals, sample coordination, item and product setup information, and maintenance of marketing assets. This role provides hands-on exposure to brand development, product commercialization, and retail marketing operations, with an emphasis on executional excellence and project coordination. Success in this role requires strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while supporting cross-departmental teams.
