What You’ll Do As a Retail Beer & Wine Manager, you’ll be responsible for managing inventory, ensuring compliance, and leading a positive customer experience. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys customer service, sales, and staying up to date with the latest beer and wine trends.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED (required)
• 1 - 3 years in retail beer/wine sales with an emphasis on inventory and vendor management.
• Ability to manage inventory and prioritize tasks efficiently.
• Knowledge of Pennsylvania State liquor laws.

• ServSafe® certification preferred (or willingness to obtain)

Responsibilities

• Create a Welcoming Environment – Engage with customers and employees in a friendly and professional manner.
• Manage Inventory & Stocking – Receive regular vendor deliveries and ensure products are stocked efficiently and correctly.
• Ensure Compliance – Complete paperwork and procedures according to company policies and Pennsylvania State liquor laws and regulations.
• Encourage Responsible Sales – Maintain awareness of state laws and ensure all alcohol sales are conducted responsibly.
• Support Daily Operations – Provide prioritization and guidance on work assignments for store employees.
