Requirements

• 3 years demonstrated customer service, sales, and retail banking experience required
• Supervisory and leadership skills required
• 2-year college degree or completion of a specialized course of study at a business or trade school
• Demonstrated high level of flexible interpersonal skills, customer service, trustworthiness, credibility and diplomacy are required
• Must be willing and able to travel

Responsibilities

• Lead and direct the daily retail banking function for multiple branches.
• Ensure quality customer service, address and resolve issues, promote relationship development, onboard and train retail banking staff and monitor compliance
• Coach and manage direct reports to ensure maximum productivity, efficiency and delivery of resources necessary to support strategic initiatives
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex customer and internal inquiries
• Serve as subject knowledge expert for all retail banking transactions, products and services
• Participate in community activities and leadership positions to maintain visibility with target clients
