About The Position

As a Nike Retail Associate, you embody the “Just Do It” mindset, serving consumers by helping them discover products that inspire movement and dreams. This role involves building brand trust and loyalty within the store. Working in a fast-paced, high-traffic environment across various store zones, the associate contributes to a team-oriented atmosphere, showing optimism and a collective drive for success. The ultimate goal is to provide consumers with an exceptional Nike store experience.

Requirements

Flexible with scheduling and available to work retail hours, which may include day, evening, weekends, and/or holidays, based on department and store/company needs
Ability to bend, squat, reach, climb a ladder and stand for extended periods of time with or without reasonable accommodations
Must be at least 18 (U.S.)
