About The Position

As a Nike Retail Associate, you embody the “Just Do It” mindset, providing exceptional service to help consumers discover products that inspire them to move, dream, and dare. You are responsible for building brand trust and loyalty within the store environment. The role operates in a fast-paced, high-traffic setting, requiring you to navigate various store zones and cater to diverse consumer needs. You are part of a collaborative team, working with optimism and a shared goal of delivering the ultimate Nike store experience to every consumer. The ideal candidate leads with service, understanding and addressing consumer needs to guide them to the right gear. You are expected to maintain product knowledge, pay attention to details, keep the store organized, meet sales goals, and act with purpose. Building connections with both consumers and teammates is crucial, bringing the energy of sport, sharing knowledge, and fostering an inclusive environment. Integrity is paramount, requiring adherence to high standards, honest communication, and reliability in all interactions. An online assessment is part of the application process, designed to evaluate personality and behavioral preferences relevant to the Retail Athlete/Associate role.

Requirements

Flexible with scheduling and available to work retail hours, which may include day, evening, weekends, and/or holidays, based on department and store/company needs
Ability to bend, squat, reach, climb a ladder and stand for extended periods of time with or without reasonable accommodations
Must be at least 18 (U.S.)
Completion of an online assessment as part of the application process
