General Description: The Retail Associate will be responsible for picking and packing Client orders. Responsible for the completeness and correctness of all orders filled. Essential Duties & Job Functions: Receives verbal instructions from manager. Match labels to Packing Slips. Obtains product from racking, pallets, bins, or shelves. Picks/counts customer orders for shipment, ensuring that the correct number and type of product is picked. Inspect products for defects and damages. Pack product according to customer orders, ensuring attention to detail. Contribute ideas on ways to improve or optimize warehousing procedures.
