Retail Associate - CrossFit Booth at Wodapalooza - Miami
About The Position
CrossFit is bringing our merchandise directly to the community through a dynamic pop-up at the Wodapalooza in Miami. Weâre looking for motivated, fitness-savvy retail associates to help deliver exceptional customer service, drive sales, and represent our brand with enthusiasm and authenticity. Applicants must be 18 years of age or older. â Dates â March 12th â March 15th â Hours â 8-10 hour shifts daily from 8 a.m. to 7 p.m. â Compensation â Daily rate of $150 (Minimum of two (2) days availability required but all (4) days preferred) â Location â Ocean Drive, Miami Beach (6th to 10th Street)
Requirements
- Availability for a minimum of two days (2) (including setup and breakdown)
- Comfortable standing for extended periods (8â10 hours)
- Able to lift boxes up to 30 lbs.
- Passion for fitness, wellness, or living a healthy lifestyle
Nice To Haves
- Retail or customer service experience (preferred, not required)
Responsibilities
- Welcome and engage guests with enthusiasm and brand pride
- Assist customers in selecting products based on their preferences, goals and needs
- Educate customers about product features, uses, and benefits
- Support setup, breakdown, and daily merchandise restocking
- Maintain clean, organized, and visually appealing displays
- Track and report inventory levels during the event
- Be a positive, energetic ambassador of the CrossFit brand and community
