About The Position

Infinity Air, Inc. is seeking a Warehouse Associate to join our team. We offer competitive rates, paid vacation & holidays, medical, dental & vision insurance, and matching 401k. Responsible for preparing outgoing shipments and receiving incoming shipments. Perform receiving/shipping processes and ensure all items are processed in a timely manner. Organizing inventory for easy retrieval as new orders come in, reviewing incoming and outgoing shipment schedules to maintain productive operations and documenting damages to inventory. Support part and material requests utilizing available inventory at all locations. Pull, process, issue, and ship items with necessary paperwork. Finalize required. paperwork, reports etc. Process in-house (shop made) item requests. Process/distribute Receive Incoming Products: Check Product Received against Packing Slip, Check Packing Slip Against Purchase Order, Allocate Product to Orders, Move Product to Storage Location, updating software and systems. Fulfilling Warehouse orders, Pulling Product for Assembly, and Shipping. Help with warehouse organization, and storage solutions. Inventory and Hardware/Supplies Stock Levels. Perform monthly physical inventory counts. Comply with all company rules, regulations, and procedures set forth in company manuals and policies. Establish and maintain positive working relationships and collaboration with other employees. Develop personal skills for continuous improvement. Perform and/or assist with special projects

Requirements

  • Experience working in warehouse environment
  • Must be able to work safely in warehouse environment
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Strong computer skills including MS Office
  • Integrity
  • Good analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Detail-oriented and multitasking skills
  • Be able to lift 75 lbs
  • High School diploma or GED plus relevant experience required at the minimum

Nice To Haves

  • Forklift and Stand-up lift experience is strongly preferred
  • Pentagon (preferred)
